1. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed once we have received your deposit or full payment.
- We recommend booking early to secure your preferred date.
2. Payments
- Payments are accepted via our secure payment provider (Stripe).
- Prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 72 hours or more before pick-up time: Full refund of deposit
- At least 24 hours before pick-up time: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 24 hours before pick-up time: No refund
If we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, vehicle breakdown), we will offer a full refund or an alternative date.
4. Changes to your booking
We will try to accommodate changes to dates or times, but these are subject to availability.
5. Tour conduct
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer behaving in a manner that is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive.
- You are responsible for your personal belongings during the tour.
6. Liability
While we take every care to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not liable for:
- Personal injury or loss not caused by our negligence
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., road closures, severe weather)
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
